Zach Global Inc.™ grew out of a simple observation: too many transformation efforts fail because leaders don’t consider the full impact of their decisions.
After decades of executive leadership, leading thousands of professionals, executing enterprise-wide change we saw the pattern repeatedly. Strategies that looked brilliant in the boardroom fell apart in execution. Not because the thinking was wrong, but because no one asked the harder questions: How does this affect the people who have to execute it? What are the unintended consequences? What happens downstream?
