About Rhonda

Rhonda Bettis is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at Zach Global Inc.™, where she leads global consulting operations and drives strategic growth. An executive with more than three decades of leadership experience, Rhonda has consistently delivered enterprise-wide operational excellence, revenue growth, and cultural transformation across multi-billion-dollar financial services organizations.

Prior to Zach Global Inc.™, Rhonda held executive roles in the financial industry, leading operations spanning 600+ locations and nearly 5,000 professionals. Her expertise spans retail banking leadership, digital transformation, strategic planning, and building high-performance cultures that achieve measurable business impact.

Rhonda has influenced and designed proprietary programs that serve as the foundation of Zach Global Inc.™’s consulting practice, including Z-TOS™ (ZachGlobal Transformation Operating System), The Middle Manager Moment™, and The Five Pillars of High-Performing Teams™. A published author, keynote speaker, and panelist, Rhonda speaks on topics including authentic leadership, diversity as business strategy, and innovation. She has been featured on Fox 29 and has presented at the African American Museum, National Black MBA Association, and Women in Consumer Finance.

Rhonda serves on the board of Learn Fresh, a nonprofit organization that inspires students’ STEM and social-emotional learning through sports and entertainment, partnering with the NBA, WNBA, and MLB to bring innovative education programs to underserved communities. She is also the founder of Prime Village™, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting neuro-divergent young adults and young adults aging out of foster care. Rhonda holds a degree in Business Administration from UWI and has completed executive education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Yale School of Management. She holds certifications including PMP, Certified Scrum Master, and Six Sigma. Born on the Islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Rhonda brings a global perspective to her work.

When she is not driving large, complex business transformations, you’ll find her immersed in a Dean Koontz thriller, binge-watching crime dramas, or planning her next beach getaway. A devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, her true passion lies in weekly family game nights with her loved ones and her three year old golden doodle, who is also named Dallas.
